Scientific Critique or Attempt to Defend the New?
Exemplarily Reconstructed on the Basis of Kabel's (2021) Replica of Meier and Kreische (2021)

The (re)replica reconstructs Kabel's replica (2021) with the analytical instruments of objective hermeneutics and Lyotard's discourse analysis. It will become clear that the criticism formulated by the replica does not bear on the matter, but rather, out of presumably university-political motives, operates a defense against the new and seeks to exclude an easy-to-apply practice-reflection model of pedagogical practice from the school-pedagogical discourse space, which, on top of that, follows the line of argumentation of the essay on the "technology deficit" by Luhmann and Schorr (1982). In light of this analysis, the (re)replication asks about the relationship between scientific novelty and forms of scientific critique.
